Many asset, fund and property managers know from their own experience the difficulties that everyday data exchange can bring. How simple the solution can be, on the other hand, is not yet known: IRM Management Network GmbH has just brought this solution to the market this month with the launch of the Real Estate Value-Integrator, RE-VI for short.

In order to bring the target group and the solution together, IRM, together with Rücker Consulting, organized a webinar for the product launch, during which the invited expert audience was given a deep insight into how RE-VI works and could convince themselves of the simplicity and quality of the solution. As a special item on the agenda, Mrs. Bettina Hax, Head RE Asset Management Central Functions, DWS Real Estate, and Mr. Daniel Heiduczek, Director Portfolio Controlling, REInvest Asset Management S.A., reported on their experiences, having already put RE-VI through its paces with their teams during the pilot phase.
