Digitalisation of cooperation with property managers
Until now, lengthy interface formats had to be agreed with property managers. The property manager sent his data to the owner, usually to the best of his knowledge. The testing effort lay with the recipient.
The Real Estate-Value Integrator uses the chameleon principle and adapts to the existing data sources. With the RE-VI you use existing data sources of the property manager and map them once to your target format as part of the onboarding process.
All agreements per property manager are stored in easy-to-administrate rules during the onboarding process. For each import these rules and the data from the previous month are used for format and validation checks. The sender is automatically informed of any deviations and asked to correct or explain them.
In this way, the international digital data exchange is very simple and automatically checked by experts before it is used by the recipient.

The partners deposit the agreements on the content to be exchanged in the RE-VI.
2. Quality check
The data is checked automatically. If necessery, the sender is automatically informed about required corrections and comments.
If everything is ok, the checked data is available for use in the target system a few minutes after sending.

The agreed content and the respective test depths can be conveniently set for each property manager.
